I was just so impressed with the mod itself, not even the actual Pokemon... the fighting simulation is choppy but great in comparison to the GameBoy games, the free roaming monster combat... you can even ride some of the flying Pokemon!

I don't know if this is edittable either, if so there is lots of things we could add to make it unique. Think this could be a really great server to play with a lot of people, a roaming MMO style Pokemon game is something I've wanted since I was a kid!

Hi guys, considering I've not actually been gaming in god knows how long, I have actually been watching a lot of gaming on YouTube. The old achievment hunter vid's etc. I came across one yesterday which really peaked my interest, and if it works, could be a great addition to our community (I hope).

For all you Pokebuffs out there, this looks amazing.

Fire barrel definitely needs a bit of a buff though.

Could we not have this as quite a high expertise as well as the current one? Even level 200 of what not, I don't think this would be too hard to counter if you could apply an armor reduction for a few seconds at the same time?

I don't know if this is possible or not of course, just think it's too good an idea to waste.

Brewmaster needs seriously toning down or removing completly, it's 'Stagger' skill is making the race require at least 14 direct shots (not headshots) to take it down and this isn't occasionaly, this is every round. The ultimate has a ridiculous range which literally 1 hit KO's you if it hits.

I like the concept of the race but it's far too OP at the minute, there are four people on the race right now and every one of them is saying it needs nerfing.

I'm merely stating that WCS 2 was the more laid back, fun server as opposed to the 'try hard' (excuse my terminology, it's late) playing* on WCS 1.

What if cash/xp was the same but most races max around 50-60?

I don't like this idea of hard levelling at all to be perfectly honest dude, server 2 was always the fun server out of the two, don't want to spend longer levelling if I don't have to but that's me being picky. More than likely going to be on this regardless!

That was the problem in the first place you could camp a corner and freeze peek people without them being able to do anything...

Judge is still able to do this though... Yes it's restricted to the UMP but it's still just as OP. NE has gone from my favourite race to near bottom now purely because of LoS. Fully agree the green line was OP but just removing that and leaving the circle graphics around the player would be enough of a nerf to balance it.

WCS2 was always the fun server, if this was to happen Id like to see that tradition carried over, not making it shorter with less cash to make it slightly more 'legit'.

He's right. I've brought it up to eddy before. No one really cares to enforce this rule. People get away with the n word for the most part because no one wants to be that admin who bans a player for saying it once. No one keeps track of the kicks and the warnings.

When ever somebody says it around me, friend or not, they are banned, I don't care if they are popular, if it was an accident... if we let it off once or twice then eventually everyone will start doing it.

Didn't we used to have more EXP items on the old servers? things like, survive longer get more exp at round start, or get more exp per kill, or stuff like that. that would be nice.

 

also pls have new game + gain a small amount of exp for using the ulti. after 10 uses it literally can't do anything with its money except fill T spawn with glocks.

I don't recall anything like this ever being part of the old server, does sound like a good idea though.

Really like this idea Rootbeer but I honestly can't see it changing the general decorum of the server, War3 has turned more into a social event than a tactical server. Regardless, like the idea of the winning team getting at least some form of reward, not just a bit of extra cash.

What's wrong with wanting to change a server to your personal preference? Who doesn't have something they would want changed on the server? If you say you don't then I will say you're full of shit.

 

When that change centres around discriminising a percentage of our players you're doing it for the wrong reasons, get your head out of your ass and understand the server is a lot bigger than you.

Tbh this idea was one that i thought about for 2 minutes in the back of class. Just figured it happened anyway so might as well make it available to more sG members

I apologise for my outburst but I'm sure I've spoken to a lot of the War3 regulars so many times about this it's getting ridiculous.

They have as much right ot use the microphone on the server as you do, if you don't like it then mute them... problem solved, for everyone!

There is no point setting something like this up which is so long winded for no end result other than a handful of players getting to use a different gun for 45 minutes? If that's so important just ask one of your buddies privatly to borrow it.
