    In addition I am sure the online games for playstation are much better now considering PSN is now paid for monthly so its quality should be much more similar to Xbox Live than in the past. 

    I have heard that complaint so much that I find it extremely stupid.

    I have owned both ps3 and xbox 360 and never have I once seen anything different about ps3 servers compared to xbox 360 servers.

    What specifically have you noticed that, compared psn to xbox live, would make such a drastic change now that you pay?

    I mean we, the audience. The movie is called goddamn Godzilla, so we know what it is. I really don't like the idea of dramatic irony for the whole movie. I hope the reveal comes early.

     

    Maybe it's just because it reminds me a lot of Battleship for some reason, and we all know how that movie went.

    See the movie isn't about the audience. The movie is about the story of Godzilla, this monster. If you want a movie like that you compare it to Cloverfield not Battleship.

    Why in the living world would you compare anything to Battleship.

    I mean, it just felt like the trailer harped on the whole "unknown monster" thing, which is a problem nowadays because everyone knows what godzilla is. I don't have high hopes from how this trailer presented the film (seems typical of big-budget action movies) but maybe I'll be surprised.

    I would like you to expand on this please because this seems like a silly complaint.

    This is a reboot of sorts so of course they, meaning the people in the film, have no idea what this thing is. So yeah... it is kind of "unknown".

    But since they don't know if the person was a traitor or not, wouldn't this cause a lot of unnecessary reports?

    It already causes unnecessary reports just from people thinking its funny.

    We have regulars that consistently come on the server and are very familiar with the rules. So if they were to mess up we can handle the situation differently because they already know the rules and most likely just messed up. If a random person comes on and RDM's there is a greater chance they do not know the rules and thus the situation is handled more seriously. Not so we can just ban every random person that comes on but that we can make sure they are familiar with the rules.

    The regulars that come on know and play by the rules. Sometimes they mess up and we handle the situation. A GOOD PORTION of any new people that come on the server only come on to mess up the game for everyone.

    Most of the new people I have dealt with do not care that we have rules and proceed to make the game unfun for everyone. I know I handle new players more harshly than others because I know everyone that comes on TTT and how they play and the shit they get into.
