He posted a spoiler a day or two after which gave him enough points for a 1 day ban. He came back as soon as he was unbanned and posted an image of the spoiler in spam then claimed we can't ban him for spam. He was wrong and the points added meant a week ban. Guess what he did the day he was unbanned? The very first post when he came back?

It definitely wasn't an admin, I was on at the time. It happened like 2 or 3 times, but then seemed to stop, but it was also the only time I've seen it happen out of the times I've played the map.

But I need to know I failed to load that one texture like, twenty seven times.
Or sometimes, it literally just spams until you restart and causes fps drops.

Well, I posted before but since it was changed I'll repost.
I think it would could to have a voice bar for the CTS who are not warden. So then it helps not having spammers or younger kids who are on CT who constantly keep on talking or spamming. Then they people with the voice bar could give simple commands of just "drop the gun *name* don't pick it up or pass it on, no detours or delays" or "I'll be taking over as warden, all terrorist freeze no detours or delays." Just an idea, so it would cut on everyone spamming constantly.
Another idea I have had is a random warden chooser each round, instead of the CTS who talk get the option "are you the warden" and push one, and they aren't really the warden. So then instead of the same warden every round or someone trying to be a warden whore, every CT has a chance to be warden and if they don't want to warden they shouldn't be on the CT team. It would just be nice for every CT to have a chance than just the same warden.
I don't know if it's possible, or if this is a silly request to make a rule, but it would be cool to add a rule a CT can only be warden every other round. So the CT who is warden round one cannot warden until round three. So that would get rid of someone constantly trying to warden whore and allow someone else the chance to warden.
And one last thing, on defend the house, war day, and whatever war day it is. CT's shouldn't be allowed in vents. I've noticed Cts just sit there and camp, and all it does is allow them to delay the round or warday. They should just shoot and kill terrorist, rather than just sitting in a vent.
Also one last thing. I think the "drop your gun for a freeday" should not be allowed. All it does is show favoritism to one terrorist. The reason the gun is in the cell is to give the terrorist a chance to rebel or to be a wimp and drop it. It isn't really fair to give one terrorist a free day for dropping a gun and not try to and participate for LR by doing the games and such. It's like if I rebelled and was pardoned and to freeze with all terrorist and had a gun, and the warden was like "ruffles drop the gun for a freeday' it would just seem to be favoritism. And there really isn't a point to it. A terrorist should either rebel or just be a wimp and drop the gun without getting a free day.
Anyway, that's all my ideas! I'm not sure if they can be implemented or anything, but I thought I'd just share my thoughts! -

Little Idea, how about instead of /color player 255 255 255 255 and all that jazz that takes up time, we just get /color player (blue, green, black, red)
I probably won't do this anytime soon. I'm all for making life easier, but as is that would take away the ability to give people different shades and mixes of colors. However, I could (and possibly will, to make you lazy folks happy) add a /red <player> command, which would be the same as typing /color player 255 0 0 255, as well as /blue, /green, etc.

I already knew about the fly thing, I have the fix in place, just have to put it on the server.
The motd will be next on my list. I agree, it's a pretty important thing to have working on JB.MOTD was broken in the most recent update dealing with the R8, and we have to wait until a fix is released (The error is on valves side, not ours).

I have always played where if you say the word during the repeat, then it counts as saying it.
BUT, I personally think if you are repeating orders (for example you say "I'll repeat the orders, when I say 'go'...." it shouldn't count, as you were repeating for the benefit of the terrorists, and the rules state you have to repeat if asked....
Pretty much this.It's always been that repeats count as the trigger word.

I assumed this vote was for future tourney's it'd be kinda silly to change it for this one after 2 team's have already submitted rosters because now someone might wanna troll and just pick apart the submitted teams
eh.. Maybe. If it goes to captains, I won't be playing. I wasn't even planning on it even with the team thing, but Trav asked me to. I'm sure there's others that are the same way. They were asked by friends to come play in the tourney, and the only reason they say yes, it because it's on a team with friends. To be honest, I'm not a fan of dedicating an entire weekend to play. I have school, work, and a wife, so my weekends are pretty important to spread my time equally.
Anyways, it really doesn't matter. You're not going to make people happy no matter what you do. There's people that think it's unfair to have teams because you'll have a few really good teams. Then there's people who hate draft pick, because you get one, maybe two good people stuck with people who are bad...
Also,
I feel like there will be more issues with teams as some people would choose there team now and then at the time of the tournament, some people will no-show because they will have stuff to do. But with a captain choosing, there will be no no-shows.
You clearly haven't been around for past tournaments. Literally is the exact opposite. When friends are relying on you, and you say you'll be there, you tend to make the time. On the flip side, if I get put on some random shit team that has no chance at winning anyways, I'm not going to feel bad missing a match. -

I'm redoing how I update this thread, as the spoiler tags are getting really long and tedious, and I have been slacking on posting these updates. I'll be putting the updates in the new post each time rather than on this post.

This is a small update, but I figured it'd be good for people to see, and understand how it works.
Plugins- sm_music has been added to the server. This is something that everyone can use. Just type !music or /music (this will make it so people don't see you type it) into chat, and it will toggle if you want to hear the music or not. It's kind of weird how it works, so I just wanted to explain a few things. If a song in disco is started, and you type /music, the music will stop. If the music is stopped and started, or another song is selected, you will hear it again, so you will have to do /music TWICE to enable music, and then disable it again. This also goes for new rounds. If it is disabled from last round, you will have to type it twice to enable, then re-disable. It always prints to chat, so it's pretty easy to keep track of. Sometimes it takes a second or two to turn off the music also. Future update will include resetting it at the start of every round, to end the necessity of typing it twice.

It's been a while since I've posted here, but I figured I should update. I may miss some things, as there's been quite a bit over the almost two months.
Maps- Dojo has been updated to include some new games and fixes... There is one game that looks awesome that still breaks server side and will hopefully be fixed in a future update
- Papas (Although most people know this) was redone, including a revamp on the vent system, making it overall better.
- Learning was added to the server, the last update being this week.
- Koopa has been updated multiple times.
- Scarlet was added, and has been updated a few times since then.
Skins
- All skins have been updated for some time now. Everyone should have the skins they previously had. We ran into a few bumps along the way, thanks for everyone's patience.
- Thanks to someone who mentioned the Black Prisoner was seemingly broken. It was a quick fix (I made a typo).
- We're also toying with the idea of "premium" skins, that are obtainable, but at an extraordinary price. These could be given out through event winnings, or a very high amount of credits (think 500k+). I may even let you buy my a pizza
Plugins
- sG Chat - Thanks to Thorgot for this one! He came up with the awesome idea of a chat for sG members, similar to that of admin chat.
- Random - After the last CSGO update, some things broke in that. They've been fixed as of late, hope you guys continue to enjoy this one.
- Give - Added the new items to casual that CSGO brought with the last update. "sm_give heavy", "tactical", and "healthshot".
- I still plan on fixing MFK, I just haven't had the time.
I always welcome suggestions, and feel free to continue with the ideas here on the forums. If enough people like an idea, I'm not against giving something a shot. I'll be somewhat limited in the next few weeks as I'll be finishing up my final semester, graduating, and moving to another state where I'll start my job. Once I'm settled it should be much easier to get things done.

SpoilerSpoilerI'm still working on fixing the mfk command, I kind of got side tracked by what I wanted to get done this update. So I'm happy to bring to all of you indecisive people like me, the new sm_random command! Premium+ can use this command, and it basically just picks one from about 15 options for a random LR
FOR THE NEXT ROUND. I may do another command that does ones for the current round (warday, jday, etc.) in the future. One thing to keep in mind: NOT ALL OF THESE ARE FREEDAYS. Here's some examples of how it works:
- sm_random moose - Prints to chat something like this: "Giving a random LR to target. Moose has a Ninja Freeday!"
- sm_random moose ; sm_random bulletford - prints to chat something like this: "Giving a random LR to target. Moose has a Ninja Freeday! Bullet has a Sonic Freeday!" (This means if you do multiple people with the command separately, they will most likely have different types of LRs.)
- sm_random @t - Could print this: "The terrorsts have received high gravity this round!" (This is an example of one that is NOT a freeday. PAY ATTENTION TO CHAT WHEN YOU ACCEPT THIS.)
This is something that cannot be given to all. Since it has the chance to give things such as ninja, zombie, etc. freedays, and CTs cannot receive them.
Other minor things included
- Minimap/radar update to Lego
- Updated koopa, including radar
- Updated campus graphics, radar, and minimap.

Along with that, there were a few other things added/removed/fixed in the past few weeks.
- Floating guns (This was due to our skins plugin (it gave you your skins when picking up guns) which was temporarily removed, which was fixed. Thanks Bulletford)
- For SO's, there's a MFK command, which respawned anyone killed by a given users Steam_ID (This has been temporarily removed, as it worked but it was spamming the error logs which I need to fix. Upon updating it, I will most likely add a teleport function to it, to bring the terrorists that were respawned back to the location they were at when they died).
There will be some other things coming soon-ish. I was out of a computer and out of town, so I need to get caught up on school work, but we've had some good ideas coming through for improvements and new commands (shout out to Yunki and Thorgot in particular).

SpoilerHappy New Years everyone! We're happy to say that the JB and store models are on their way to being fixed. Today we have
- Default Terrorist
- Default Guard
- Duke Nukem (Yes! He returns from the grave of broken models!)
- Black Prisoner
Currently they are disabled, but on the server to allow people time to restart CS:GO. For whatever reason, a map change/server reconnect is not sufficient to load the models properly, and you will see error signs without doing so. Within a couple hours, having (hopefully) given everyone enough time to at least restart their game, we will enable these skins.
What this means is: with the updated models, the guns will have correct animations (No more empty hands with the gun on the ground!). I know for some this may seem like a small thing, but we hope it will reduce accidental free-kills with the assuming you shot the right target when a terrorist is shooting a gun in a stack. On top of that, we hope to keep our servers at the best quality possible, and hope this fix makes the game that much more enjoyable.

SpoilerThere were quite a few changes made today to the restriction commands. You can thank bullet for these ones (He wants his rep. Give it to him on his post.).
- Anybody below SO Can no longer unrestrict themselves or unrestrict another admins restriction.
- SO's can no longer do a non-perma CT above 100 rounds.
- Added sm_checkban <target> can be used to see the number of rounds a player is restricted and the reason, and by which admin.
With the addition of checkban, we ask that you try always give a reason why someone was restricted. This makes it much easier to resolve issues later on, especially with longer restrictions when you may not remember why you even did it. You can always restrict them quickly for 20, and then redo the restriction once you have stopped the freekiller with the reason.

Spoiler- Fixed the fly command unable to target others (sorry my bad, had to rewrite that one and messed something up).
- Fixed the /ff in chat not working and having to go through console.
- Admins cannot change restrictions past their maximum amount (if you can only restrict for 20, you can not change someones restriction that is 21+)

SpoilerAmongst other minor things, I added a new command sm_acolor. This works the same as sm_color (or colour), except it sets the color of terrorists within a certain distance from you (The same as area health). This should allow a much easier time at setting teams for soccer, basketball, etc. Also, if you leave out the numbers, it resets them to default.
The minor things included fixing some admin flag restrictions ( I had to rewrite fly/walk, and set them to SO, but meant to be premium, as well as longjump and lj (the same command) had different admin levels necessary, meaning that some people could use lj but not longjump ).

SpoilerSome minor updates were added this morning. I was able to fix the issue with messages not appearing in chat, so there will be no more "ninja" commands. I re-fixed gravity breaking on ladders (thanks to thorgot to pointing out where the issue was).
For now, the r8 revolver has been removed from loadout command. Upon talking to cows, it was decided that it was unfair for only people who pay be able to use that gun. It can still be given through the /give command, or in buy zones.
Hands cramping from all those commands you have to type? To support the laziness of admins, I added sm_ninja and sm_sonic for Premium+ admins. It sets the defaults for those LRs (speed, Gravity, color). Enjoy.
Another minor thing I just changed, sm_areahealth (ahealth) now only targets terrorists.12/10/2015
SpoilerThe first of which is the addition to the sm_revoke command. This will remove most of the common LRs that people ask for. The command is currently available for Premium+ Admins (I know, technically this means you can revoke something you previously may not have had access to... If you think that's funny and decide to abuse, it'll be moved to SO+). Currently it includes:
- Gravity
- Crab
- Long Jump
- Drugs
- Blind
- Beacon
- Color
- Render
- Speed
- Fly
First thing I'd like to say about this, if you notice any issues with it, please report it asap. Also, if there are any common LRs which you feel I missed, I tried to get them all, just let me know. I purposely left out health, because if someone is rebelling you don't necessarily want to set their health to 100 (unless their LR was to have more than 100 health.. But you'll still have to set that manually).
Along with this addition, comes a few other changes. With any of the commands previously listed, default values were added if no parameters were passed. This means you can type "/gravity " with no numbers, and it will set it to 1. This may not seem like a huge deal, but it means less typing, which is nice (especially with "/color 255 255 255 255").
Additionally, I have decided to remove the following commands (And the respective commands to remove them):- Ghost
- Invis
- Invis2
- Alpha
There were a few reasons for this decision, which included, 1) Since the she sm_color command has been working correctly, it is what most people use to set people invis most of the time. 2) Some of those commands have been glitchy in the past (killing people when trying to set invis. 3) We really don't need 5 ways to set people invis.
Just remember, opacity (the last value of color) is a value, and you can still do different values to make them not 100% invis, so the options are still there.
Again, if you see any issues with this or any other command, please report them ASAP.
EDIT: For those of you that have found some issues, thank you. I've fixed some of the known things such as: revoke gravity not targeting correctly, and admin flags. I know that some of the commands are not sending the chat messages, and I'll hopefully have that fixed by the time the server gets populated. Keep in mind just because the server can't see you typing the commands, we can. If you're caught abusing the fact that it doesn't post to chat, I'll probably ban you.As with any update, please report any issues/bugs to me, through here, pms, or steam. Thanks.

4. Guns Command

As an idea, it could be changed to have sub-menus (rifles, smgs, and pistols). It wouldn't be too bad to find what you want, and you can always type guns ak47 or whatever rather than navigating.

Is there a way to make it so at least the damage on Banshee will get blocked by a lace?
Neither the damage nor the shake are affected by it. It seems to be triggering as an ability or something.
In any case, the damage reduction, shake, and damage seem a bit strong.
Perhaps there could be a 5-8 grand hard counter in the shop for damage reduction?
The problem with it, is that the race is absolute shit without the ability. When the ult is on CD the banshee dies 10/10 times.

The point of it is to not be able to choose. Otherwise you'd turn on any damage dealing/damage reduction songs, once the player has been killed, switch to regen. Rinse and repeat.

As Joscal pointed out, there are some that are not affected by the commands already. I believe it is based off of how the entity was made by the map makers if the command affects it or not. The easiest way on the plugin side would be to have someone go in and update the very few maps that have these effects to all use entities which are not affected by server side commands.
If we don't want to do that, we could add in some checks, but that would be where things start to get complex... Perhaps these were the complications which Bullet was referring to.
