Random people coming into the complaint department, and saying how the ban is unjust usually never helps, if anything staff will generally react negatively.
I don't agree with the permaban.
it should probably be shortened, just look at some of the posts from c4, as well as tyone, he makes the deletion of several posts seem as if staff are trying to keep him permabanned.
if that was the case he would've been banned beforehand, or even having his ip dropped from the box.
