In my professional 4-digit-post-count opinion, you need to post on any and every topic. If you know nothing about the topic, reply "lol funny" or something to that effect if it is a joke and "interesting read/watch" if it is serious. If anyone calls you out on this with such hurtful words as "spam" or "trash", call them butthurt, preferably in multiple back-to-back posts - We call this technique "Combo-posting", and it is considered an advanced technique and will earn you much respect.
