I would like to make a claim that yes, It was the biggest dick move in the world.
 
Your problem was that I said to face cells. You were facing away.
You were then told to drop your weapon and used THAT as your excuse to look away when you were looking away before.
 
I feel that yes what I did was BORDERLINE not breaking the rules but it did , yes, look like a freekill at first glance. You would also not listen to what I had to say and would fight it all back.

OK so  i was  playing late night jb  and jwb comes he abouse his admin 3 times i have proof so it started when  he did a vote who could not understand me   get it was 6 to 13  half of the people. so if the ts  could not hear me well why did they hear me so good befor jwb comes  nobody didnt said they  didnt understand me untill jwb came so first he ct me then i tell him  why did i get ct if   a  so and a adv can hear me well   so i told him that then he gag me  then  someone type  they  can understand what i am saying here come the proof  ok    so i copy it and past it 2 times then he kick me  i rejoin then he  then i said i only type it   2 times then he gag me for like 3 rounds i told my friends to tell jwb to un gag me it took like 5 mins and this is what i said Icop Jr: tell him to un gag me

Thank you to both Junzou and Xmen for the translations to English.  I managed about half of it myself, before I gave up, I don't know how you suffered through the whole thing.
 
If half of the server is having issues understanding you, then that isn't cool, as it means half the server will be dying for stupid reasons.
Late night JB should be fun, hell to me it's the only fun time anymore.
As for the smoke grenades, personally, I couldn't care, late night JB, plus giving the T's things.... They didn't have to throw the smoke while playing, if it was a CT that threw the smoke, then I may have an issue with that (unless they made it part of the game to begin with).
 
Also you say "it's 3 or more times that's considered spamming, read the motd"  I'm sorry, but this is just a dick thing, I probably would have gag'ed you if you started this shit with me.  I have no patience for people who try and loop hole the rules, and I'm sure you were being a dick and complaining, for more than 3 msg's, just because it wasn't the same message every time, you could still have been considered spamming the issue (IMO).
 
 
TL; DR: Yes, it sucks to be CT'ed, but bottom line, if the server can't hear you (or they can but you are super annoying because of a voice changer), then you deserve to be CT'ed. End of story.

LCL was playing JB late at night, being a pro warden.  Allegedly, no one had complained about him being a warden, including an ADV.  Then, JWB came onto the server and after a round ran a vote to ask if anyone could understand what the hell LCL was saying as warden.  The vote failed with 6/13 votes, but it's unclear if LCL means that 6/13 people COULD or COULD NOT understand him.  So after the vote, JWB CT'd LCL, and LCL asked why.  LCL then suggested instead of getting CT'd, he get gagged, which is dumb because you're required to have a mic to be on CT.  Someone then typed in chat that they could understand what LCL was saying.  LCL then copy+paste spammed it, and got kicked.
 
Then there's some more bullshit about giving Ts smoke nades in a JB game.
