I'm surprised we haven't considered a monthly cycle of a submitted or random map just to get different opinions and ideas instead of just keeping crappy maps on the server for as long as possible.

It's a not a good map so +1
Would love some new good maps since it seems that we mostly play agency, office(cs and de), inferno, italy and westwood in repetition(Unless people forget to nominate a map).
Love the idea of having a monthly rotation of maybe user submitted maps so we can try something new (maybe also +5% bonus XP in addition to the 20% if its new so it gets more easily voted)
