Mmm price range or brand specific? Also is this for gaming or something else?

PC partpicker can sort what you're looking for as well.

I'm familiar with the site, but is there an easier way to search for USB requirements? Also I'm not worried about price or brand. Yes gaming. I currently have a z-170-a but I'm maxing out my USB controller.

Sorry, but wouldn't it be easier to get a high efficiency USB 3.0 hub? Is this for the purpose of VR?

I don't believe usb requirements is an option there. By max usb ports at 3.0 are you looking for like 6+ ports? Most boards I've seen seem to have 4 3.0 with a mix of a few others. My board has 4 3.0 but my tower case adds another 4.

I personally prefer ASUS ROG boards like the maximus series.

Has 6

Ill update if I find more.

Everything ties to VR :-P but my VR sensors will randomly cycle and I think it's due to too my hub being overloaded with bandwidth.

My hub: Anker 7-Port USB 3.0 Data Hub with 36W Power Adapter and BC 1.2 Charging Port for iPhone 7 / 6s Plus, iPad Air 2, Galaxy S Series, Note Series, Mac, PC, USB Flash Drives and More https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014ZQ07NE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_dahQzbD5AHGGF

I have an ROG gaming laptop. I like their products. Need more native ports.

I have a 1080 80 bronze cert power supply so I don't think it's a power issue...

Yea I built my whole desktop around asus parts. I still have a laptop from 2011 my brother is using and it still runs things ok. Starting to clock out though for newer games but runs fine still.

Have you tried moving one of your sensors to a 2.0 port? Granted you probably still should look into a new PC but that could keep you chugging along for the time being
