If you have windows 10 you can reset your PC to default settings.

^ If you modified siege in anyway, just do a fresh install of the game, then go in and install the prerequisites in _CommonRedist. Run the game through steam to see if it works before trying anything else.

I didn't modify the game and i have already uninstalled and reinstalled it several times.
