CS:GO freezes when I load maps like de_dust2 and de_mirage works on any community server/map

It looks like this if you are wondering what it does

 

When I try to comp or join a CS:GO server like casual, deathmatch those gamemodes it won't work it will open this screen and no map shows up. But if I went to a community server with dust2 or like a Jailbreak map it would work and it loads perfectly. I have no idea what's causing the issue I've reinstalled that fixed it for like a few days. I changed settings in cfg files, verified the game cache, nothing seems to fix it. Really annoyed of getting 1 week comp bans because it won't work.

Do you have Game DVR disabled in the xbox app?

 

Do you maybe have some antivirus programms that interfere with CSGO official servers?

 

Do you have ESEA or Cevo running in the backround?

Nope those have been turned off for a while
