Basically, 1 player is chosen to be the cannon and the rest have to scramble up stairs avoiding the cannon's shots. If you are hit by a shot, ragdoll physics launch you down the stairs where you will have to recover and try to get up again. 

 

I found it while watching H20Delirious play it with his group of friends.

 

The other suggestions in this thread are great too (besides CAH imo), with Gauntlet (not PC, but PS2) being my favorite.

I used to play it all the time with my dad while we still had our PS2 (it got stolen).

 

Feel free to invite me to play some party games if you have an open slot!
