Is it just me or is this hero absolutely fucking busted.

Honestly EMP looks like its going to be one of the strongest Ults in the game by far.  It just seems like there is one too many abilities in her kit.

See I was thinking about that, what can realistically counter her?  Winston was my first thought because he breaks her stealth easily but her hack leaves him high and dry.  Honestly she can easily get away from anyone (aside from McCree) with a hack/translocator.  The thing I guess I'm most worried about is the potential for setting up big plays with hacks( hacking a rein who is shielding team from a deadeye or anything really) or with EMP. Dropping an EMP to engage with a graviton surge or Nanoboost on a reaper/genji or Rein is going to be disastrous.

You should also remember that she is launching on the PTR and not the base game, so its highly likely that she will see some changes before going live.

Oh I'm not at all saying that she is going to be some sort of 1v1 machine, but with coordination from your team I can see her utility likely being a tad overpowered.  Also the thing about widow and hanzo being able to reveal her is somewhat of a moot point, the invis isn't nearly her strongest ability and who is actually going to run widow/hanzo just to counter her when they are fairly weak picks in comp up until and honestly even at the skill cap.

 

I think some serious changes are going to have to come to her hack/EMP abilities they just seem too strong to me.

You must be getting some good comp matches if you dont have someone insta locking hanzo.

 

She cant hack through reins shield (idk if emp is blocked like dvas ult) so i dont think she will be a problem if your team is competent enough to stop her from flanking

  Fair enough on all accounts.  Mostly I just can't wait to see how she works her way into the flow of things.  I think she will be very interesting to play with/around because damn her kit gives a lot of options for sick plays.

Yea i think she will have one of the higher skill ceilings, especially since she can use her teleport when its mid air.

 

I dont expect her to make it through ptr without either a cooldown or a hack limit nerf though.

 

She looks fun to play for sure
