Besides all the other issues they have which i will not get into - this just happened and pissed me the fuck off. Call IRS cause of a bullshit on there end. Says average wait is 15-30 mins. Fine. 85 minutes later a cunt with a fucking bullshit attitude that has no business answering phones for a living picks up. Im annoyed with the wait, but they answered so im now in a good mood. Talking normal. Say my problem. Get told they cant do anything until Tuesday and for me to call back then. End of call. Mabye use one of those fucking messages during the on hold system to tell me X is Y and cant do Z cause of it. But nope - fuck you people who call. Wait 85 minutes to find out. Fucking cunt.
