Can't hear other people (Resolved)

So I was in surf chilling when one of my friends "Toph" came in. We were fine until I was talking to him but he didn't say anything back. This happened for a while. Then he replied in chat "Can you hear me?". We said no, but none us muted him but he wasnt muted either! I think it was really weird because the same thing happened to mnkeydude. He said he heard Toph just fine, but we didn't hear Mnkeydude or Toph! Please help.

 

 

Edit: NEVER MIND, we have found out why. The new update only lets you hear your own team in casual! So that is why you can't hear other players in the other teams. Can we fix that?

I would say the update probably just inverted the alltalk command or whatever. It is most probably very easy to fix. Just be patient man...
