Cant play servers

So i was trying to get on CSGO play JB or MG or something but it saidthere was no community server everything  was blank couldnt be invited by someone to play it would just fail to connect and cant even play comp it says i fail to accept when there is no button my steam got deleted so reinstalled it still doesnt workany suggestions on how to fix if you know how please help

can you do a traceroute to one of the sG Servers? 

 

Windows Key + R (run dialog) type in cmd

type "tracert tttgo.joinsg.net" without the quotes

copy pasta whats in there. 

 

Maybe a firewall is blocking steam for some reason?
