Just Askin about OC values (EVGA GTX 760 FTW)

Does anyone happen to know the best OC settings? Looking to boost up a little. Also, I was thinking of doing a $300 upgrade on my PC, and was just wanting some opions on what to upgrade. So it is $300 spending money + whatever I can sell the part for.

CPU: Intel i5 4670

GPU: EVGA GTX 760 FTW Edition

MOBO: ASRock z87 Pro4

Ram: 16 GB DDR3

PSU: 750w Bronze

Storage: 128GB SSD, 1TB HDD
