mg_push_circle_v1 fix

Recently, I opened push circle in hammer to fix an issue we had with the map. The issue was that you could one get outside of the map, two get on top of an invisible floor, and three the buy zone wasn't where cts/ts spawn. Constantly we get people abusing the exploit of getting on top of the map and outside of it, resulting in a kick/ban. Just an easy fix to the problem.
