Having a gun does not equal rebelling

 

If he's in knifing range from you, he's not rebelling and you are baiting

 

Ts can't talk in voice chat.

Ts have 5 seconds to comply with orders , doesn't mean they get to do whatever they want for 5 seconds. Means if he has to shiftwalk somewhere, he has 5 seconds to start moving.

 

Detours or Delays isn't Implied, you have to actually say it.

 

Freeze isn't instantaneous.

 

As a CT You cannot backtrack inside of a vent. Ever.

 

The Rules are your best friends if you need to know more.

I would recommend staying on T for a while until you properly understand how to be on CT and be a Warden. If a CT for such free killed you or is camping vents give the admins note of such using @ in team chat followed by the message. DONT SPAM admin chat I myself am guilty of do such when I was newer to the server be patient and understand there are things that you can and can't do.
