I've reinstalled drivers. The touchpad is responding but the cursor won't move.

boot in safe mode uninstall driver

 

never install mousepad drivers ever again

 

if safemode doesnt work go to previous state of your windows, google it.

Try looking up the brand of your laptop's trackpad and download drivers directly from their website. Ofcourse, try your best to make sure the old drivers are fully uninstalled. I had to do something similar when I got a new laptop. 

 

If you've already tried that, uhhh, reformat. lol
