So far I know that:

Dexterity gives you Evasion and Extra damage

Intelligence gives you Extra XP, Regeneration, and Anti-Flash

 

Endurance gives you HP

Luck gives you Bash and Crits

Willpower gives you Ultimate Immunity and Physical and Magical Resistance

 

If anyone else finds anything, post it here.

Who knows? Probably speed kicks in way later or not. I know for a fact the first 20 points on all skills don't give you speed anywhere. I'd have to level it up more.
