yseraw 10 Posted February 22, 2015 Seems that the speed resets after you have 30 souls on Soul Stealer. If it's meant to curb stocking up on too many souls, it should just cap at 30% and then just keep the hp and crit or something, or just have them all cap at 30 souls.
