Missing maps map/ "x" .bsp, disconnecting?

I get this error anytime I try connecting to the JB server. I downloaded all the .bsp for all the JB maps and placed them under C:/ Program Files (x86)/ Steam/ steamapps/ common/ Counter Strike Global Offensive/ csgo/ maps. I also entered these commands in the console:

• cl_downloadfilter all
• cl_allowdownload 1
• cl_allowupload 1

Anything I am doing wrong?

 

I am running Windows 10 technical preview, and have CSGO running in compatibility mode for Windows 8.

It just means you dont have the map or the map file is corrupted.

But I have the map in the folder. I deleted CSGO from steam and then made sure I deleted it from the C: before reinstalling. And I downloaded the maps from the site you linked me. Is it in the wrong folder?
