Possible to remove griefed parts of base?

So I believe my base was griefed as several wooden foundations were built over it w/ no intention of looting or raiding. The base was simply made inaccessible to me and my group and I wanted to know if the admin is able to delete the extra wooden foundations placed over the base to allow access back to the structure. I'm not sure who did it but I'm just concerned with getting the building opened up again.
