Where is your base located?: List of the players who live in the griefed base: Pictures/Video of the damage that was done: Explanation of what happened (if you were there): Names of the griefers (if you know): When did this happen (if you were offline when was the last time you were logged in and saw your base, include your time zone): Description of what was broken and existed before the damage was done: If found lying or abusing the Griefing Assistance provided you and your base may be reset or be subject to the punishments for Griefing.
