First off, make sure you're well versed in reporting abusive players (ex. Mic Spammers, Admins, Hackers etc...)

Question 1: If there was a microphone spammer on the server, how would you deal with it? What if you ran into a hacker?

Warn them to stop spamming and if they continue mute them. if they dodge the mute/keep spamming on next map i would do a short term ban and if they come back and continue do a longer term ban.

they should try to join since it is a good community of players.

Yes because i dont act childish on servers and try to act proffessional when using my admin.
