People weren't going around hitting insane damage, and people all had fun and went on adventures with others. The moment Nexon introduced the Cash Shop, the fate of the game was determined! Although, there were many exciting updates back then which kept the game fresh ya know? Around the time they introduced Cygnus and all that shit, I got so fed up with it and just dropped it all. Do you remember Big Bang? There is a player-run council that gets flown to the devs once a year to debate the state of the game. It's intense. It's also an amazingly in-depth game... I really really really want to get into it, I could even afford the fee. But I feel like it would take a year just to get decent compared to the current superpowers.
