Roughly seventeen percent of the Federal Government is currently shutdown. It is a ridiculous situation where the people are not benefiting in the least because the two parties are so far apart on what they want. Next on the line is once again increasing the debt ceiling. First they have to come together for the government budget, which hopefully will be soon. If not, stocks are going to sink further and interest on loans would skyrocket.
