Name 2616 Posted August 18, 2013 (edited) the ultimate is 2.5 seconds of 50% damage reduction... shadow shaman is 2 seconds of 100% damage reduction...I think it's more a combination of the parts issue. The damage reduction is dece, but he also has additional starting health (Further increasing EHP from the damage reduction), a damage booster (attack speed buff) and a weapon he doesn't have to reload. Apart from shaman's ult, it has little combat utility (Hex isn't super effective, healing won't help in short firefights, wards are wards) Not saying scattergunner's OP, but this might be why it's more frustrating to deal with.
