I myself have a blackberry however I do wish I had a different phone lol.

The upgrade from the S3-->S4 isn't really worth it. However for me, going from the HTC One X to the GS4 was a great upgrade. I am really satisfied with it

I have the Galaxy S4. I had the S2 before and the jump between that and this is nice but not huge. But Android over anything really, it'll make you hate yourself for ever having an iPhone. Don't be a sheep.

I like HTC phones in general. My phones have went HTC Sensation--> One X-->Droid DNA and I've been pretty satisfied with all of them.

Their build quality is what I like, while a lot of other androids just feel cheap their phones have a more premium feel and look.

One thing is HTC's shitty customer support and they are terrible at pushing out software updates.

Galaxy S4. It's more future proof than the GS3 is now and since you don't have an S3 already, the upgrade from your Blackberry will be major. Plus, it looks like it has great developer support from last time I checked if you're not on Verizon/ATT (or any one with a locked bootloader).

 

And by developer support, I mean custom roms and the likes. Not with apps.
