Need help with some command bindings!

bind key "say changerace alliance"

Im trying to bind a key to change to a specific race, but when I press the binded key, it only throws up the changerace menu.

Anyone know how to bind a specific race change key?

If you can type "changerace alliance" into the chat, and have it change you to Human, then your command should work fine.

 

If that's not implemented, then you can't at the moment.

Minor bug. If you do 'say changerace human alliance' into console it will do the same thing.

 

I solved the same problem with shop before the server opened, so I'll fix it for changerace too.

Yep, typing changerace human in chat works, just not console.

ETA of this being implemented/fixed? Gotta import my binds from css if this is going to get fixed. Thanks in advance!

Does changerace 1/2/3/.. (and other numbers still works?).

 

As some races had overlapping racenames I found this the best way in wcs:s

change race human

bind "key" "say changerace;menuselect 4"

xp tome 

bind "key" "say shopmenu;menuselect 1;menuselect 4"

these seem to work regardless
