Xbox1 Used game pocily you may only transfer a game to a person who has been on your friends list for more than 30 days and they can never sell it or gift it after that. Also you can only trade in your used games as Select retailers and I am just going on a limb here but gamestop wont be included on that list.

A used game policy and letting your friends borrow are two different things, Trenton already said they will provide the opportunity to allow companies to block used games if they want too which is the same as xbox.
