Being outclassed by most of the other AD Ranged Carries bot lane,

Ashe seems to be outclassed in S3,

Working well with people like Thresh and Sona, Ashe has little to almost no game time in high and low level play.

I personally love playing Ashe, her Ulti is just too good of a skill with great initiation

and has a huge power burst when she hits level 6.

Ashe is a very situational ADC though, people like Tristana, Ezreal, and Graves are all safe picks.

if the enemy team has a Zed or someone who can really stick onto your ADC Ashe is a very bad pick.

High elo players will only pick Ashe if they are looking for that mid game initiation, late game and early game shes week as hell

with no innate escape mechanism shes a super risky pick.

I do hate that she isn't good at getting away, but I have to disagree with your statement of her being horrible late game. That's usually when she gets the most powerful. With 75% base crit chance, she is unstoppable.
