Well he's cashing out of steam wallet basically. He trades shit on TF2 and Dota 2 market to make a profit, but since you can't convert steam wallet to cash, he sells games at a discount to convert it.

your close but i don't do that i get a even better deal for how i do it. I can beat sale prices too thats mainly my big point like during the steam sale i was able to beat those prices and i've already sold a few games to you guys

and how might that be bad news might I ask? bitcoin is the safest way to do transactions in the world its more secure than wire transfers and untraceable and nontaxable too. Also im offering games cheaper than you would normally get them if you feel like paying full price then thats fine but i give steam tradeable copies of the game its not like im giving you a key that might or might not work i'm giving you the physical tradeable copy of it.
