Need mic w/ awesome comfort.

Recommended Posts

I want a headset that has awesome comfort. That is the biggest thing I care about because my mic hurts after wearing it for 30 minutes. Suggestions? Keep it under $70.

I use a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M50s with a Blue Spark Condenser Microphone, all plugged into a Focusrite Saffire interface. Amazing sound quality ftw. I use a condenser mic because it's what I use for recording and it works just fine for gaming purposes.

I have the AKG K44 Perception headphones and they're pretty good. Only complaint is that you hear low frequencies rather than feel them. And you can't really hear them when higher frequencies are playing. Basically, bass is shit on them. They're really comfortable though. Usually my ears hurt when I wear headphones for a long time, but it hasn't happened once with these.
