New vote system?

Recently playing jb, I saw a newer voting system at the end of the game. The majority was Ace but it turned out to be

Chernobyl. Can we get a fix?

Yeah, but ROFL that's because you vote when it's round 8/10 and chernobyl got voted. The end vote doesn't count.

The end vote is part of the latest csgo update I believe. The end vote does not matter on custom servers though.

The way it seems to work (if it was what we used) is that a list of maps are displayed, everyone votes, and then the next map is randomly chosen from which ones are chosen.

So yes this actually had an effect on the map rotation today.

After the final round on fail jail, tower was set to be the next map on rotation, however when the new vote system popped up most everyone selected fail jail and it did not change maps.

This is a somewhat common bug that keeps it on current map only. Makes sense that the new vote system might cause it.
