I think, for the most part, it's basically just a fetish of sorts.

It may be somewhat racist, but that is more than likely not the case as "racism" is usually reserved for particularly negative situations.

Sometimes I really despise being black. Every time I go to the movies with friends and the movie theater's employees dim the lights or whenever I go to a party that takes place at night they all say the whole "Where'd Robert go?" joke.

On the other hand, having a stereotypically accurate above-average sized dick does have its benefits (not when girls sit in your laps or you go swimming though).
