looks cool not to over powered but i dont think that fox will put it in (no offence) because it might cause it to crash.

I think you have to change "skillcfg" "player_spawn|player_attacker|player_attacker|player_ultimate" to

"skillcfg" "player_spawn|player_victim|player_attacker|player_ultimate"

You have the second skill scripted to activate on attack and not on being attacked.
