Have shit frames playing CSGO

So this is only happening when i play CS:GO. I get around 8-12 frames while playing and can never really play cause im lagging the whole time. Was wondering if anyone else has the same problem. My computer is really good and I dont know what the problem can be.

First two things, in my experience, that you should always do, especially when dealing with a beta or a new game:

1.) Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

2.) Turn off shadows completely and see if that makes a difference.

If you determine that neither of those issues are the cause, from there google the problem. Something along the lines of "Counterstrike GO +<graphics card brand> FPS issues" , without quotations, of course. That way you can see if anyone else is having the same issues and if anyone has found a solution. In the world of computer troubleshooting, Google is your best friend. :3

Since I bought a premade comp from HP, they cheapskated my graphics card and I get shat on trying to play CS GO as well :$
