Teemo

Concept: League of Legends.

Scout Only Race

2000 required level

Restrictions: Boots of speed, cloak of invis, Any others needed?

Camouflage (Passive) :

If Teemo stands still and takes no action for 2 seconds, he becomes 100% (including guns and/or bomb). Moving or attacking or using an ability will break Teemo out of stealth and will boost his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds., (planting or defusing a bomb will also remove it)

Blinding Dart (Regular) :

Teemo shoots a venom-coated dart at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and blinding them for a few seconds, causing all their attacks to miss for its duration.

Move Quick (regular):

(Passive): Grants increased movement speed until damage has been give to him. This bonus is restored 5 seconds after last being struck by an enemy champion or turret.

(Ability): For 3 seconds, Teemo gains double his passive movement speed and will not lose it regardless of whether he is hit or not. The passive is restored after the duration of the active.

Toxic Shot (regular) :

(Passive): Teemo deals extra magic damage with his autoattacks. Additionally, his attacks will poison the target, dealing damage each second for 4 seconds. This poison will not stack but the duration will be refreshed with every subsequent attack.

Noxious Trap (Ultimate):

Teemo places a trap which stealths and arms after 1 second. The traps grant vision around a very small radius while armed. If an enemy steps on the trap, it will detonate, poisoning all nearby enemies. The poison slows enemies and deals damage to them every second. This poison will not stack but the duration will be refreshed with every subsequent detonation. Mushrooms have 100 health and can be destroyed by autoattacks if they are visible (aka sentinel, drow queen, etc.), but they are immune to abilites and ultimates.

The traps last 1 minute. Teemo Will Gain 3 Per Round.

Damage And Effects:

Blinding Dart:

Damage: 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 (Gun Damage Will be reduced 40% when using this attack)

Blind Duration: 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 Seconds

Activates once every 8 seconds

Move Quick:

Passive Movement Speed: 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26 %

Ability Cooldown: 17 Seconds

Toxic Shot:

Damage on Hit: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5

Damage per Second: 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6

Total Damage: 9 / 14 / 19 / 24 / 29

Noxious Trap:

Damage per Second: 5 / 10 / 15

Total Damage: 20 / 40 / 60

Slow: 30 / 40 / 50 %

Cooldown: 1 Second

Activation Diameter (how close you have to be to make it explode): (Same as trickster assasins)

Explosion Diameter: (Same as trickster assasins)

Sight Diameter: (Same as trickster assasins)

How would the

Ahhh... so the gun would shoot 40 % faster.idk how you would code this.

Change Ult to global laugh.

done.

Change passive attack speed to +5 dmg per hit.

Change Blinding dart to banish.

remove poison

30% Movement Speed Increase.

I will only agree to this under one condition:

His skills are to be altered as follows.

Every one of Teemo's skills can be levelled to a cap of 150. At no point do any of the effects of Teemo's skills change.


Orly? (Passive) - If Teemo stands still in plain view of any enemy for 3 seconds a
beacon is placed on him and he, and all objects on his person, will be rendered 100%
invisible until the next time he moves.

Close Range - The effective range of all of Teemo's weapons extends only a few feet in the direction he is aiming.

Not So Fast - Teemo moves 150% faster. Any time an enemy so much as glances within 90 degrees of
Teemo, regardless of obstacles, Teemo loses this benefit.

Shrooms - Every 20 seconds Teemo's dealers provide him with an extra baggy of Shrooms.
Upon activating this ability Teemo is drugged for the remainder of the round.

Global Taunt (Ultimate) - This ability is active at all times. The power of the Scout's Code renders
Teemo a formidable adversary, certainly one to be feared and prioritized. Any time Teemo is sighted
by an enemy, a beacon is placed on Teemo and that enemy's crosshair is automatically locked onto him.

I think that sounds like a fair and balanced class for WCS1, what do you guys think?
