Loterem, The Grand Prophet

Recommended Posts

Name: Loterem, Grand Prophet

Original Idea

Guns race, Famas/Knife only.

Level 3000

Restrictions: None.

Five Skills, Six levels each.

Notes: Race cannot buy tomes. Runs purely off experience kills but suffers no penalty of experience.

Farsight - I can see your weakness... (Grants a 5% chance/level of doing +15 damage when enemy is hit. At max level does +20.)

Knowledge - Let those who assist me know all. (At start of round, gain a 18% chance/level [Rounds to 100% at max] to 'mark' a person for 20 seconds globally for all allies to see. The enemy will not know who has been marked specifically, but the allies will get a message.)

Blinding Vision - Strike me and never see again. (6% chance/level of blinding enemy for 8%/level [Rounds to 40% when maxed] a second every time you are struck by an attack.)

Clairvoyance - You cannot hide from me. (Ability, 35 second cooldown. When used, you can 'mark' a random person for 1.5 seconds. Maxed out lets you mark two people.)

Destiny - Fate has come. (Ultimate, passive. Grants a 4%/level [Rounds to 25% when maxed] of killing your killer if they kill you. In addition to them being killed, you respawn.]

You could think of this as an ambush/support race. I may tweak with the numbers a bit on the mark stuff.

I like it. Would be a nice challenge to level, and once maxed would actually make playing with the Famas acceptable. The blinding skill is definitely a novel idea. Perhaps this race would have more mass appeal if it came with a passive skill of 35 round mag for Famas or something so it is still fun when at a low level.

I don't want to give it too many ammo/damage benefits purely of the fact that they COULD easily ambush people by marking them. That in itself is a huge advantage if used properly, especially for a team.
