Casey Anthony acquitted

Dear god.

Just go back to watching Law and Order.

To be fair here, he can criticize the prosecution ONLY if he has been following the case. When i was following it, it was just a media shit storm, due to the first prosecutors decisions. Honestly this case should not have been made so fucking big, it is sad yes, but god damn :/.

Oh and most of you on here have not had to deal with this shit storm clogging your new networks, so unless you want to go through a shit storm of dumbass reports to get a feel on the first prosecutor's bad judgement, do not criticize them.

Sooner it moves on the better. Hopefully at my work at least cause people are really taking this into obsession.

Same. 2 dumb bitches that work on the floor below me won't stfu about it. I swear whenever I walk past them they're always talking about it.

I like being ignorant for a reason, media is a shitstorm of opinionated versions of the story and general local news is always the same damn thing. Someone got either murdered, raped, robbed, abused, beaten, assaulted, etc.

Where is the news of something non-negative? Generally speaking we live a better life if we don't focus our shitty attention to negative thoughts.

No.

If he really wants substance, I'll explain this: going for anything less than a murder one conviction could be interpreted as the prosecutors having doubt in their own case. It's a gamble both ways, and Christmas doesn't know jack shit of what he speaks of.

Neither do I.

I think she killed her, he thinks she killed her, the prosecution thinks she killed her, even the jury probably thinks she killed her, but none of us can prove it, and blaming anyone for that fact is fucking dumb.

I'm curious why you think that is. If they don't have ANY evidence for murder one, they shouldn't try for murder one.

Sure it is a gamble, but according to the evidence they had to work with it was a lofty gamble. Hell, trying for the death penalty was even more of a gamble (certainly didn't help for a murder one conviction).

For the record, you can discuss issues without acting like an ass. Seriously, try it.

Aww, you changed it from "jag" to "ass". I was going to make a joke about her not being in the Air Force.

Anyway, they saw the evidence differently than the jury did, and likely did their best to convince them.

That statement by me, about charging with murder one, is a paraphrase of a legal analyst I read on CNN, but it's hard to find the source material you took from after 7 Mike's Hard Lemonades.

It doesn't matter, she's in trouble anyway. She'll never get a job. Who's gonna wanna hire her after all this?

Oh wait.

Who wouldn't want to watch that? Maybe it will be themed to where she's a mom that lost her daughter and the nice police officer comes over to investigate.

Even though the trial's over, Casey can't stop mass debating.

I felt she was guilty, the prosecution felt she was guilty and so did the jury. However the prosecution failed to show a motive and their was reasonable doubt which is why she only got convicted of lying to a police officer.
