Can anyone give me some advice on how to focus and not keep fucking around on StumbleUpon and that kind of stuff? Is anyone going through the same thing I am right now? I feel like my attention span only lasts about that long, but instead of a 2 hour break I'll probably force myself to between a half hour and an hour. Appreciated.
