Request to remove one of the many broken maps in the mg server

reason for deletion: Every now and then, this map is mixed in with the choices for a new map and a lot of the time, people don't know that it is a broken map and it gets chosen. Each time this happens, the whole mg server crashes and it takes a while for it to come back up again (on average it's around several hours).
