Nobody is allowed outside the borders of the map, no money printers or gun shipments allowed outside the map.NLR/RDM6. NLR is ALWAYS in effect on this server. If killed by a player, the killer and the person being killed by the killer MUST wait a minimum of two (2) to three (3) minutes. (Ex. Hitman cannot constantly kill a target just because there is more than one hit order on the same person.)7. Do not kill anyone unless there is some roleplay behind it. If you kill people without any roleplay, it is considered RDM, and punishment will be taken.PROP SURFING/CLIMBING/KILLING & WIREMOD8. Prop Surfing is not allowed on the server by default. Attempting to circumvent the anti-prop surfing plugin will result in a kick/ban. 9. Do not prop kill at any time.10. Prop Climbing is generally allowed but everyone must be able to use the "climb".11. It is against the rules to activate traps using binded keys. If you do so, it is classified as meta-gaming. You will have to use a button in game. As for traps attached to the security of your home, you CANNOT activate those yourself at all. The person being "trapped" must activate the trap him/herself.BASE BUILDING12. You are allowed to build bases, as long as there is one way in to everything in your base. If someone asks you to sell a door you are not using, do it.19. You may not sell job slots.20. You canHORNYCATS RAPTURING THE MOTD only demote when someone is abusing or exploiting (includes RDM) his/her job, they are AFK or if they are not doing their job. If they are RDMing, please let an admin know ASAP.21. By default, rifles are illegal and pistols are legal. Mayor can change this. Gun Licenses AREN’T used.22. Avoid spamming, flaming, trolling or any other form of foul play between other players - especially in out of character chat.23. Remember, adverts still count as in game chat.24. Loopholing rules is strictly unacceptable.25. All fading doors must have at least one working keypad on each side of the door, and the fading door MUST be set to toggle.26.
