You're complaining about the warden using gay ass tactics to kill all the T's.

You've said in OP that the magical word is banana, so he should say banana for all the T's to move. Which is incorrect, it's whatever words he says after saying "Type" or "Say".

So if he says "When I type the magical word banana you will blah blah" You wait until he says exactly that. The Magical Word Banana. If all the T's are dead because he typed "Banana" OR "Magical Word Banana" then that's your fault.

Although it's gay as fuck to do and should probably be slayed for that. Although it depends on the circumstances.

Seriously though, plain and simple, here is how orders should be:

1. Pre-order - When I type:

2. Trigger - "The word go"

3. *Pause*

4. Order - All T's will blah blah blah

5. No detours or delays

I think that there MUST be a pause unless the trigger is only one word... this will avoid all confusion. A simple solution is to only allow triggers to be one word.
