I never had a problem with this guy. I think he joined Surf and WCSII a couple times while I was on. Seemed cool. But damn, if he is already banned, I say give him no chance. If banned during recruitment period, he deserves nothing more than, well...... nothing.

Haven't used my admin in Minigames in an abusive manner for nearly a month now. I quit that silly stuff before my recruitment period and had already vowed to not do it again.
