Mimic 3307 Posted February 7, 2011 I know for some of you this seems like a normal amount of people in one area; however, Green Bay is a pretty small city in terms of population density. In terms of the amount of people, there were plenty of streets completely filled with them, it was extremely loud. Anyway, I have a few pictures taken on my phone whilst on Washington street. Yes, there were streakers, and no, I didn't take pictures of them.
