Bring back the best tower map to the minigame server!

Reason: When most people think about tower maps on the server, they think of tv tower and smee tower. While both are good in their own ways, they are both limited. TV tower is only 1 story with 1 elevator and 1 ladder which in turn ends up being AWPs and camping. With smee, it is slightly better although again there is 1 real floor and 3 ways up (vator, stairs and ladder). With many of the people I have talked to, we have all agreed that huge tv tower is the only REALLY good tower because of the 2 floors, and ability to move around and not just camp all the time in 1 spot. In huge, there are 2 elevators and 2 ladders as well as 2 real floors. This is why myself as well as many others want huge tv tower back
