PS3 Sound Trouble

Recommended Posts

I have a 42" LG LCD, and a PS3. When I'm playing and there is louder/deeper sounds it starts crackling and popping, and is annoying, sounds like the speakers are gonna blow. I've tried different HDMI cords and tried putting it in different ports, but nothing works. This doesn't happen when I watch tv, any suggestions or ideas?

Okay, I had a simliar problem. Playing FF13 or w/e using just hdmi sound would cut in/out.

So I used the rcas along with the hdmi cord and haven't had a problem since.

But anyways, I'm thinking its something more serious, as its loud as hell, almost unbearable.
