how to reformat my computer without the windows 7 dvd disk

im so confused... i have win7 64bit installed right now, i want to reinstall it and start with a clean slate with all the win7 files and folders it comes with, i already have daemon tools and i can already mount iso's and stuff, so ur saying just download a windows 7 img file and mount it?

You might be able to do some sort of repair, but if you want to wipe everything and have a clean slate, you'd either need to burn it to a disc or create another partition, install Windows onto the second partition, boot into the second install, delete your first partition, and extend the second partition. Pain in the ass, but it could be done.

i have home premium and i dont have and blank dvd's or dvd rw's so im boned unless i go buy some or find my copy of win7, because i built this computer myself and had the install disk at my dads house cuz thats where i built it but so much house work its gone

Or you could get off your ass and buy some blank DVDs for a couple bucks.

you can install it off of a usb flash drive. i havent done it but i have read about it.
